Our Christmas Opening Hours
Christmas is now just around the corner and we’re all looking forward to some much deserved festive fun.
However there’s no need to worry – you’ll still be able to get hold of our specialist courier insurance team and benefit from our full range of services for most of the Christmas period. We’re here to help if you’ve not got round to renewing your courier insurance yet or would just like to make amendments to an existing policy.

Christmas Eve (Tuesday 24th December) – 9.00am to 4.00pm Christmas Day (Wednesday 25th December) – CLOSED Boxing Day (Thursday 26th December) – CLOSED Friday 27th December – 9.00am to 5.30pm Closed Saturday and Sunday as normal Monday 30th December – 9.00am to 5.30pm New Year’s Eve (Tuesday 31st December) – 9.00am to 4.00pm New Year’s Day (Wednesday 1st January) – CLOSED Thursday 2nd January – Back to normal trading hours |
Existing Customers: If you need to make a claim during our closed hours, please refer to your courier insurance documentation which will include your providers 24 hour helpline number.
